Kaba Gayda – white dry wine. Alcohol content: 12%. The sister of our very favorite red Kaba Gayda. Fresh wine, which is a balanced cuvée of three varieties – Chardonnay, Muscat and Dimiat. The Dimiat is an endemic Bulgarian variety. This wine comes from Yamantiev winery, whose vineyards are located in the Thracian lowland wine region, Eastern Rhodope sub-region. It is a very warm area on the border of Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey with Mediterranean climate and over 300 days with sunshine in the year.
