The wine is characterized by perfect purity, lively and sparkling, ruby red color. The aroma is dominated by the fruitiness of cherries, plum jam and ripe grapes, complemented by subtle nuances of herbs and spices. The taste is soft, with a medium body and good length. The finale is very fruity. Endemic mavrud from a small Bulgarian boutique winery, which is based on traditional production technology, which is derived from the famous Thracian winery. It was very famous in ancient times and was enjoyed in grain, especially among neighbors in ancient Greece.
