A checkered pattern that is characteristic of the Rodopa Mountains and its textile production. The textile designer Gergana Stankova, who designed this shawl for Balkanova, actually only slightly modified the Rhodope pattern for the smaller scale of the shawl. The scarf is made of merino wool (80%) and polyamide (20%). This makes it very soft and pleasant to the touch and really great to wear.
