Wine made from 100% organic mavrud grapes. This is an ancient Bulgarian grape variety with exceptional characteristics, which stands out in the Sakar Mountains with its deep ruby red colour, full flavour and fine tannins. Mavrud was bred in ancient times by the Thracians, the predecessors of the Bulgarians, and is one of the oldest wine varieties in the world. Moreover, this one from the Terra Tangra winery in south-eastern Bulgaria and the Thracian Plain wine region is grown under conditions that entitle it to the European organic trademark.
