Traditional vegetable sauce lyutenitsa "Hadzhiev´s"

This traditional Bulgarian recipe brought to life by Harmonica will give you a chance to try something old, something new and something you love. And if it's true that we are what we eat, then ljutenica is definitely something Bulgarians can be proud of. Previously, every family in Bulgaria had its own tradition of lyutenica. Ours is with organically grown peppers, tomatoes and spices. Go ahead, try it - you won't regret it. It can be used as a spread on bread, as a sauce for minced meat on the grill, or perhaps together with olives and Balkan cheese as a mezze with a glass of wine. There are plenty of possibilities.

Ingredients:

Organic sweet red peppers, organic tomato paste, organic sunflower oil, organic onion, organic cane sugar, Himalayan salt, organic garlic, organic spices.

Jar contains 260g.
