Rodopa Merino in the size 200 x 220 is suitable as a bedspread over your bed or sofa. The blanket is made of the finest Merino wool. Merino is an old European breed of sheep - the wool used to make this blanket comes from Spain and Hungary. From there it is imported in its raw state to Bulgaria, where it is woven into these very fine blankets, which are an alternative to the equally woven and slightly coarser blankets made from the local Rhodope wool. The Rodopa Merino blanket is made in the same way as Rodopa II. The individual blocks on the blanket are slightly embossed, which makes for a very interesting combination with the simple natural color of the blanket.
