Classic rugs

Hand-knotted rugs, sourced from Rhodopean manufactories, are made from fine wool yarn. Their production is similar to the Persian knotting technique. 

To make these rugs, the yarn is first cut into equal lengths. The local master weavers weave them according to a prepared sketch on a woolen warp. It takes approximately ten days for a single rug, with average dimensions of 140x200cm, to see the light of day. Once the carpet is finished, it is checked visually and the unevenness is trimmed so that the final yarn height is around 3 cm.
The simple aesthetics of the designs we have on offer will make both traditional and modern interiors cosy and warm, and are also suitable for often stressed areas of the home. Due to their nature, the antibacterial and hypoallergenic character of the wool fibre, their excellent insulating properties as well as their easy maintenance, wool carpets are also suitable for children's rooms.
We offer you simply elegant natural carpets that are woven from undyed white, grey or brown wool yarn.

Wash in cold or lukewarm water (up to 25°C), using wool detergents. Dry cleaning possible. It is also recommended to maintain by airing, beating, vacuuming.
