All our products are stored in our warehouse on Karoliny Světlé Street in Prague's Old Town, close to our brick-and-mortar store. This means we can ship orders on the same or following business day. Orders for personal pickup are prepared for pickup within a few tens of minutes (during our store's business hours).

Don't look for haste in our products. They are made by master weavers who put their hand in the fire for their work. And so do we. All our products are made in accordance with traditional technologies.
