Lokum Rosa Harmonica offers you a real treat. Our recipe is as pure as possible - without added flavours and colourings, as is common practice on the market, with purely organic ingredients. And of course - according to classic technology - with sugar, not glucose syrup. Instead of the artificial rose flavour that hits your nose, we have added water extract from the flower of the organic Bulgarian Damascene Rose - for an authentic Bulgarian taste. Soft but not sticky, with a smooth texture and a light caramel taste - Lokum Rosa Harmonica is here for all connoisseurs. It can be a great accompaniment to your afternoon coffee or tea, and can also be included in many recipes - cakes, baklava, buchet, tarts and all kinds of pastries.

Organic sugar, water, organic wheat starch, organic Rosa Damascena flower extract (4%), acidity regulator: citric acid.
